Promotions under New Commerce Experience

The implementation of New Commerce Experience (NCE) has come with Microsoft introducing some new functionality around promotions. rhipe, are currently working on some changes to our billing data that will enable us to make this functionality available to you via PRISM. Once this available you will receive a notification. 

 

Whilst this work is in progress, please consider the following:

1. Any SKU level promotions are not visible in PRISM
2. Pricing in PRISM is based off of Microsoft's retail price
3. Any promotions available will be added/updated in our backend once your order is submitted. Please note that this process can take up to 1-3 weeks due to the manual nature of this work).
