How to Find Subscriptions First Purchase Date in PRISM?

To find a subscription's first purchase date in PRISM, Login into PRISM account using your user credentials and navigate to the reports icon on the menu.

Under the Reports page, you will see the "Customer Reports" heading. Click on "Subscription Management"

(Please note that the below user details have been greyed out for the purposes of this user guide).

 

Click on "All Renewals" and scroll to the right to view the First Purchase Date.
