The below steps guide you to connect a tenant in PRISM:

From the Dashboard page, click the “Programs” tab.
- The screen will then show the “PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMS” page, navigate to the Microsoft CSP program tile & click on “Manage” hyperlink.

Click on "Connect Tenant"

Enter your existing account name in the search field & click on "Search". From the choices that come up choose the account you want to use & click the “Select Customer”.

The next step is to provide the CSP Tenant Details, whether you create a new account or use the existing account you will need to provide "Tenant Details" and "Contact Details". The contact details should be prepopulated except for the phone number which you will need to enter.

In the next step Add Subscription, If you wish to come back to this at a later stage, click the “Skip” button to bypass this for the moment.If you wish to preload the order, you need to choose either a ‘Monthly’ or ‘Annual’ billing subscription (the ‘Annual’ subscription commitment is billed upfront for 12 months). Secondly, choose the products you wish to preload the order for & click the “Submit Order” button.

The last step is Partner Connect, you will be asked to log in using your global admin logins for your tenant.
8. Click on "Done"
If you click on the “Tenants” at the top of the screen this will take you back to the manage tenant page where you will see the status for the new tenant as “Transitioning”. Just refresh this over the course of the next 15 minutes & it will eventually change to a status of “Normal” & you will now be ready to add licenses to your account or if you had preloaded an order this will than trigger the order to be processed with Microsoft.
